The machinery purchased by our Iraqi client for producing cup lids and cups is currently in the trial molding phase. A significant focus of this phase has been the precise calibration of the In-Mold Labeling (IML) system. Our technical team has conducted multiple adjustments to ensure flawless placement and the perfect integrity of every label on the finished products. This meticulous process guarantees that the final output meets the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.

To facilitate final client approval, we are providing flexible options for sample evaluation. The post-production samples can be reviewed either via detailed videos and photos or by arranging for physical samples to be shipped directly to the client for hands-on inspection. A formal confirmation of sample approval is required from the client before we proceed with the shipment of the machinery.

DOAN ARRANGEMENT
Before shipping, DOAN will conduct the mold trial to ensure both the machine and the mold are functioning properly. If needed, trial samples can also be sent to the customer. Shipment will only proceed after the product quality is confirmed.
